FundenFlo is built on original ideas, proprietary methodologies, and genuine investment in technology and brand. While formal trademark and copyright registrations are currently in progress, FundenFlo intellectual property is fully protected under Indian law through automatic copyright, unregistered trademark rights, and trade secret principles.

This Intellectual Property Policy ("IP Policy") sets out FundenFlo's rights in its intellectual property, the legal basis on which those rights exist, the terms under which users and third parties may access and use that IP, and FundenFlo's approach to respecting the IP rights of others.

This policy applies to all users of the FundenFlo platform, all content on fundenflo.com and associated applications, all brand assets and materials, and all persons who access, copy, or reproduce FundenFlo's proprietary tools, methodology, or technology in any form.

This IP Policy must be read alongside FundenFlo's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. In the event of any conflict between this IP Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
