These Account Aggregator Terms of Use ("AA Terms") govern the use of Account Aggregator (AA) services facilitated through the FundenFlo platform. These AA Terms are supplemental to, and must be read alongside, FundenFlo's General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
These AA Terms apply specifically to instances where you, as an MSME client, choose to share your financial data through the Account Aggregator framework to facilitate a capital readiness assessment by FundenFlo or a loan application processed by an empanelled DSA partner.
The Account Aggregator framework is a consent-based, RBI-regulated digital infrastructure that enables secure sharing of your financial data between regulated financial institutions — without any manual document submission. Your consent is the foundation of every data-sharing event under this framework.
